WEICON Bio-Welding Protection

Prevents the build-up of weld spatter on gas nozzles and facility surfaces without affecting the quality of the welding seam. Free of chlorocarbons, other solvents and silicones. Based on hazelnut and sunflower extract – biodegradable in line with EC-guidelines.

Areas of application:

• prevents spatter adhesion to gas nozzles and surfaces adjacent to the weld
• provides full-surface protection during welding
• eliminates need for cleaning of welded parts with spatulas, brushes or chisels
• subsequent finishing processes such as bronzing, galvanization, anodizing or painting is possible without particular cleaning. Excess residues of the sprayed-on product merely has to be removed with e.g. WEICON Cleaner Spray S.
