WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty

The versatile problem solver for repair, maintenance and construction. WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is an easy-to-apply, cold curing two-component putty suitable for:

sealing
fastening
bonding
repairing.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is particulary used for quick repairs, e.g.:

Sealing of pipes and tanks
Anchoring of screws and hooks
Repairing and building-up of castings
Repairing of shafts, bearings, pumps and casings
Reconditioning of defective threads
Making of patterns and models for trial series
Repairing of aluminium, light metal and diecast parts

The cured material can be mecanically machined (e.g. drilled, filed, milled) and overpainted without
pretreatment.
WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty bonds to:

metals
wood
glass
rubber
ceramics
concrete
most plastics.

The mixing ratio by volume and weight is 1:1.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty hardens to a metal-like material within 3 hours at room temperature. Heat will accelerate the hardening. Working time is 20 - 40 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.

When filling with glass cloths, WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is also suitable to fill larger gaps.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is temperature resistant up to +200°C and will also resist fuels, oil, ester, salt water as well as most acids and lyes.
